NORTH VENTURA BEACHES: The North Ventura Beach area offers many oceanfront homes in several different beach communities. These include Faria Beach, Solimar Beach, Seacilff Beach, and Rincon Beach. Outside the City of Ventura along the ocean, there are several communities offering oceanfront homes.  These tend to be smaller communities, some are gated and one street runs parallel to the ocean. Faria Beach homes are on Seacliff Road which Solimar and Seacliff communities have a gated entry and a separate road parallel to the ocean. These unique communities are a few miles north of Ventura off the 101 Freeway. EAch community has its own special setting and variety of homes.
