VENTURA KEYS BOAT DOCK HOMES:
The Ventura Keys marina in Ventura CA features waterfront homes, off water properties and duplex units.

The Ventura Keys area consists of three channels which offer waterfront homes with docks.  This area is particularly popular with sailors since there is no bridge, as in the Channel Islands Marina.  Typical boat dock size in the Ventura Keys is 45' of which 35' is considered the allowable docking area.  There are homes with larger docks as well. In contrast to the Channel Islands Marina, this residential waterfront area has only detached single family homes which range from single story homes with about 1700 square feet to spacious 5000+ foot homes. The residential harbor of Ventura Keys was opened in 1965 and as a result, many of the older properties have been remodeled.  There are only a few vacant lots left in the Ventura Keys.

This beautiful area is located close to the Seaward exit off the 101 Freeway giving very quick access.  The marina is also close to shopping, restaurants in the outer harbor and downtown Ventura. 

In addition to waterfront properties, the Keys area includes off water homes, duplexes, and nearby beach homes in Pierpont Beach. The photo below shows the Ventura Harbor entry, Ventura beaches and the three channels of the residential section to the left of the harbor entry.
