MANDALAY SHORES
Mandalay Shores, formerly known as Oxnard Shores, is the largest beach community in Oxnard and is located off of Harbor Blvd, north of the Oxnard Beach Park.

Oceanfront homes tend to be very spacious and have larger lots than Hollywood or Silverstrand Beaches. The lots on the side streets are generally 40'x100' so the square footage of the homes is often larger than the other beaches as well.  This beach community is in the City of Oxnard, while the two other beaches are in the County of Ventura.

Mandalay Shores offers single story homes, two story homes and buildable vacant lots.
